Brandt Road APN: 019-060-29 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Brandt Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet. Jack Tone Road has a variable existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 80 feet. <br /> This subdivision is within the boundary of County Service Area 52 for the purpose of obtaining <br /> storm water drainage, street lighting, and parks and recreation services. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: ' <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications <br /> shall include a grading plan for each individual lot, if applicable.
