(DISTRICT 4) 1 <br /> APPLICANT: Aurelio C. & Guadalupe Navarro APN: 093-030-48 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Hewitt Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 50 feet. Copperopolis Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 80 feet. <br /> I <br /> The Trac Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> Traffic <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications <br /> of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading <br /> plan for each individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are 1 <br /> subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin <br /> Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> • j <br /> } <br /> 2.
