1 n 11869 N. DavisThis is a f ive acre parcel. The home and barn were existing. I don't know who lives here, but the property has always been very poorly maintained. I don't know when it became a parcel either. 11889, 11909 i R These are two 4.85 acre parcels. I could not find when there were split. 11889 has a newer home on it but I could not f ind a permit. 11909 was issued a permit to build in 6-78. I don't know who lives at either. 11888 N. J)avis R This is a 1.02 acre parcel. It has an existing home. This was created by a minor subdivision in 2-86 MS 86-55, PM 14-136. The remainder of the property is 28.84 acres which are vacant. The maps appear that the north-east corner was also once a part of this property but I could not find where it had ever been split from this. In itself, it was split and is defined under 1158, 1183 W. Armstrong. 11923 N. Davis Rd. This is actually three separate lots. The back of I the property is 1,65 acres. There is a house and barn that were j existing. The oldest son ,just cleaned up the property and then sold it. I don't know who the new owners are. The front pasture is actually divided into two .69 acre lots. This was done by a Division of Land #1013 on 3-7-68. I 119Z5, 11983 i These two parcels along with 1515, 1586 W. Armstrong Rd., I believe were all created at the same time - 8-29-62. The map said, No division of land required, over 300' division, Rec. Book i 2590 page 335. 11975 was initially the primary residence of the Olegarys. They brought a house in by semi in the late 70's early 80's and added it to the small existing house. I don't know who lives there now. 11983 is a .67acre lot. I couldn't find a permit. I think the house was built in the mid 70's. i 1118, 1138 W. Armstrong Rd. 1118 is 38.5 acres and 1138 is 1.49 acres.
