PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply, Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system, for each <br /> warehouse, under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. Each septic <br /> system to have a 1200 gallon tank and 300-feet of leach lines. <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division; <br /> 1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> sprinkler system or divided into areas less than 6 , 000 <br /> square feet by area separation walls. <br /> 2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> i performing any excavation or filling of earth material. <br /> 1) A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.
