Issuance of a permit will not be significantly detrimental to the
public health, safety or welfare or be injurious to the property
or improvements of adjacent properties".
• This finding can be made because the Initial Study
prepared for this project found no potentially significant
environmental impacts."
5. "The use is compatible with adjoining land uses.
• This finding can be made because surrounding land uses
are primarily agricultural."
And finally under "Conditions" (Page 7 of the Staff Report):
"Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance
requirements shall be fulfilled prior to establishment of the use and the
issuance of any building permits".
This 1 am willing to do.
During the Planning Commission meeting of 8113198 some issues were
raised that I would like to address.
Flooding occurs not only on this parcel of land, but in all the surrounding
parcels.
