Throughout San Joaquin and <br /> Stanislaus Counties their exists several private slaughterhouses that kill <br /> cows, pigs, sheep and goats for their own consumption, and property <br /> values have not fallen because of these facilities. <br /> An individual sewage disposal system will be designed and constructed <br /> under permit and inspection by Environmental Health Division. A leach <br /> field area will be constructed and barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area will be used for <br /> that specific purpose only. A water well will be constructed under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> All requirements and conditions as stipulated in "Staff Report" Section <br /> entitled "Public Health Services" " # 3 a through k " will be complied with. <br /> Section entitled "Department of Public Works" "12 a through e„ will be <br /> complied with. Section entitled "Community Development Department" # <br /> 1 through a (2)" will be complied with. Section entitled "Findings" "# 1 <br /> through 5" will be com lied with". <br /> I have attempted and traveled from Fresno to Redding to find a facility that <br /> would slaughter my cattle for me — their exists no facility, that I have been <br /> able to find, that will slaughter cattle for a private individual between <br /> Fresno and Redding. This facility is necessary for the survival of my <br /> business. Cost of meat is high and continues to skyrocket.
