Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
Neighborhood G
Page 8
4.2.2 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services
Addresses for Site properties and adjacent off-Site properties were submitted to OES and the non-
confidential portions of their files were researched. OES reported that there are no Risk Management
Plans or Hazardous Material Management Plans/Chemical Inventories on file for the Site or its adjoining
properties.
4.2.3 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office
The Site property location was submitted to the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office
and the non-confidential portions of their files were researched. Pesticide Use Reports provided by the
Agricultural Commissioner's Office revealed pesticides have been used on the Site during the last five
years. The Agricultural Commissioner's Office maintains Pesticide Use Reports for only five years. Thus,
it is possible pesticides have been applied to the Site for a longer period of time. The chemicals identified
in the Pesticide Use Reports are listed in Table 1. Copies of the Pesticide Use Reports are in Appendix G.
Table 1. According to the map, the Site is a rural
area at an elevation of approximately 70 feet above sea level. The area is nearly level with a very low
topographic gradient to the northeast.
NC4
ILA A
CONDOR
