Appendix B <br /> contains copies of historical aerial photos for the years 1958, 1982, and 1994. The date <br /> of the aerial photographs, the scale, and a brief description of the Site and the <br /> surrounding area from the photographs are presented below: <br /> Aerial Photo Year Scale <br /> 1939 1" = 555' <br /> 1958 1" = 555' <br /> 1965 1" = 333' <br /> 1982 1" = 690' <br /> 1994 1" = 666' <br /> The following discussion provides a chronology of apparent usage of the Site and the <br /> immediate site vicinity, developed from the interpretation of the aerial photographs. The <br /> property appears to have been used for agricultural purposes since at least 1939, and <br /> remained basically unchanged. The site vicinity appears to have also been agricultural <br /> with little or no changes. Further, review of historical topographic maps from 1916, <br /> 1952, 1968, and 1978 indicates that the Site and the surrounding areas have been used for <br /> agricultural purposes since at least 1916. No major changes within the site vicinity <br /> appear on these maps. <br /> No outstanding features appear on the aerial photos or the historical topographic maps to <br /> indicate environmental impairment of the Site. <br /> C-2. Previous Reports <br /> Several environmental and geological investigations to determine the status of the site <br /> vicinity and the Development have been conducted in the past.
