The reasons stated for opposition to the project included <br /> impacts to traffic and the lack of a park for the proposed subdivision. <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION• <br /> The Planning Commission considered this matter at its meeting of October 5, 2006. Jeff <br /> Woods, the project applicant, Jack Kautz,Bob Marty, Bruce Baracco, Executive Officer <br /> of the Local Agency Formation Commission, and Gary Gordon, Director of the <br /> Lockeford Community Services District spoke in favor of the project.
