Two of the parcels are zoned R-L (Low <br /> Density Residential) and the third parcel (APN 019-110-12) is zoned AU-20 (Agricultural <br /> i <br /> Urban Reserve). Prior to processing a full application for the portion of the project site <br /> zoned AU-20, the applicant will be required to submit a Zone Reclassification application <br /> to rezone this parcel to R-L. If this application is approved by both the Planning <br /> Commission and Board of Supervisors, the applicant may proceed with the Major <br /> Subdivision application for this parcel. <br /> Services <br /> The proposed Major Subdivision is located on property zoned both R-L (Low Density <br /> Residential) and AU-20 (Agriculture Urban Reserve). .
