This project shall require a Caltrans District 10 encroachment permit, and the design of <br /> the golf course driveway shall meet the requirements stipulated in the encroachment <br /> permit. These requirements should include deceleration and acceleration lanes for $ <br /> northbound traffic on State Route 88,a left-tarn lane for southbound traffic on State Route <br /> 88, and either a continuous left-turn lane or acceleration lane for traffic entering <br /> southbound State Route 88 from the god course. These requirements or modifications <br /> cannot restrict or conflict with movements from existing driveways in the project area. <br /> b. All landscaping and improvements shall respect a 55-foot-wide setback from the <br /> centerline of State Route 88. <br /> C.
