y I i. The developer shall prepare and record an agreement for notice to future owners for maintenance of the private road by the owners and shall be noticed by a statement on the Final Map. (Civil Code 845[b]) j. A community retention pond/terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses shall demonstrate that all property, both downstream and upstream of the discharge,will not be subject to a higher flood level as a result of the proposed drainage. All development storm drainage shall be retained by the project's community retention pond//terminal drainage system, including Lots 1 and 15 as shown on the tentative map. A test well showing that the production well will meet all applicable standards is required prior to approval of the improvement plans of any work within the site. The developershall perform all tests and measurements of the back-up generator system as required by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District to obtain a permit to operate a diesel or natural gas powered generator set p. The gated entrance shall be located back from"B"Street to provide sufficient length to allow vehicles to queue without blocking"B"Street. r.
