A Development Committee meeting was held with the applicant on ' <br /> November 26, 2003 to discuss issues pertaining to the project. The following comments <br /> include any new issues occurring since the Pre-Application Development Committee <br /> meeting. <br /> Air Quality <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District has stated that the project will have <br /> a less than significant impact on the ambient air quality but that the construction phase <br /> of the project can generate emissions from the movement of soil, use of heavy <br /> equipment, bulk materials handling, asphalt paving, and other related activities. As a <br /> result, the project will be subject to District Regulation VIII (Fugitive Dust Prohibitions) to <br /> reduce the amount of fine particulate matter (PM-10) entrained into the ambient air from <br /> man-made sources. <br /> j <br /> I � <br />
