Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015) <br /> (3) All parking spaces and driveways shall be delineated with paint. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5(d)) <br /> (4) Protective six-inch-high concrete curbs or standard concrete wheel stops shall be <br /> required where planting abuts parking stalls.
