PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES{Environmental Health Division): <br /> Finish the septic syst at is being installed by Richards Pumping under Sanitation <br /> Perot No.82 d irtspected by the Environmental Health Division(Ordinance Code <br /> 4 g' Sem ). <br /> b. Construct an Individual sewage disposal system for the shed and any proposed offices <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> C. Submit a report of waste discharge to the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board,Central Valley Region,prior to development(Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control <br /> Act, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> d. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation of the house to be <br /> demolished under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division(Ordinance <br /> Code Section 54-M003). <br /> e. Under sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division, repair the <br /> existing septic system for the house located,at 13361 East Fairchild Lane, if it is not <br /> demolished (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> f. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> 2887, Section 5-2400). <br /> g. Demolish all dilapidated structures and remove all demolition material from the premises <br /> to an approved landfill site in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, <br /> Section 5-2401. <br /> h. Construct an Individual domestic water well for 13361 East Fairchild Lane under.a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> L Destroy or properly seal the existing domestic well to the north of the house located at <br /> 13361 East Fairchild Lane under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4207). <br /> i. The ads" private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> lf/�p'•"s� (DBCP) and nitrates prior to initiation of the use. Samples are to be taken and run by a <br /> State approved lab (Development Title Section 9-1115.7). <br /> k. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/on separator and <br /> discharged to an above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the above-ground-holding <br /> facility has to be emptied, analyze the contents first for any hazardous material: Specific <br /> test requirements can be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. <br />
