These <br /> applications (SA-93-0003 for a cherry packing shed <br /> h and cold storage and (SA-93-0004) for the addition of a cold <br /> storage on an existing apple packing facility, are <br /> submitted by H. Foppiano and R. Chinchiolo. The <br /> proposed facility is to be located at 13361 East <br /> Fairchild Road and 4505 N. Jack Tone Road, Stockton,Ca. <br /> We are strongly opposed to- the location of this <br /> facility and recommend that the planning. commission deny site <br /> approval. We currently farm 70 acres on Fairchild 'Road, <br /> approximat.ely ,600 feet to the west of the site location. <br /> Attached is a list of arguments against the site. Please <br /> review our arguments and concerns with the planning <br /> commission and respond with a copy of the action taken <br /> with this Site Approval application.
