Fremont Street <br />INFORMATION: <br />APN: 143-320-37 <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br />Fremont Street has an existing right-of-way width of 80 -feet and a planned right-of-way width per Caltrans. <br />Any permits, dedications and/or improvements to Fremont Street shall be as per Caltrans. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br />2. An Encroachment permit from Caltrans for project access shall be obtain prior to issuance of Building <br />Permits. <br />The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br />time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,502.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br />designated as Service/Commercial in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br />each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br />(Resolutions 00433) <br />
