(2) A minimum of twelve parking spaces shall be provided, including one accessible space, which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (.33 spaces are required for each seat) (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed.
