1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 101 5.5[h][1])(Development Title 9-1040.4[a]) <br /> Internal Roads. <br /> 2) All recreational vehicle parks shall be serviced by at least one (1) interior road of continuous two <br /> (2)way circulation. (Development Title Section 9-1040.4[b][1]) <br /> 3) The use of non-through interior roads shall be minimized. Such roads shall not exceed six <br /> hundred (600) feet in length and shall end in cul-de-sacs providing fifty (50) feet in radius for the <br /> turnaround of recreational vehicles. (Development Title Section 9-1040.4[b][2]) <br /> 4) Each recreational vehicle site shall have frontage on the interior road servicing it. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1040.4[b][3]) <br /> Road Widths. Road widths for interior roads shall be as follows: <br /> 5) Twenty-four(24)feet in clear width where two (2) way traffic is required for ingress and egress. <br /> (Development Title 9-1040[c][1]) <br /> 6) Sixteen (16) feet in clear width for one (1) way traffic provided the one (1) way road originates <br /> from and terminates in a two (2)way road. <br /> h. SITE SPECIFICATIONS: All recreational vehicle sites shall conform to the following: <br /> 1) Up to thirty percent (30%) of individual sites may contain a minimum of one thousand (1,000) <br /> square feet, provided the average of all recreational vehicle sites in the recreational vehicle park <br /> is at least one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1040.3[a][2]) <br /> 2) Recreational vehicle sites and off-street parking spaces shall not be located within the setback <br /> areas required for main buildings in the zone in which the recreational vehicle park is located, <br /> except where otherwise authorized by the Title. (Development Title Section 9-1040.3[b]) <br /> 3) All sites shall provide full power, water, and sewage hookup facilities. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1040.3[c]) <br /> 4) Not less than twenty percent(20%)of all spaces provided for recreational vehicles shall be"pull- <br /> through" spaces which allow forward entry into and exit from the space. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1040.3[d]) <br /> 5) All individual sites shall be designed to accommodate at least one (1) automobile in addition to <br /> the recreational vehicle. (Development Title Section 9-1040.3[e]) <br /> i. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) There shall be one (1) parking space provided for each recreational vehicle site. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1040.5[d][1]). <br /> 2) Conveniently located parking bays for additional car parking shall be provided within three <br /> hundred (300) feet of any recreational vehicle site.
