We are very much against her getting this permit to put in a dog kennel. She has way to many dogs there now. There are about thirteen dogs there that bark day and night. They come onto our property to do their business in our driveway.They are a nuisance,we cannot even entertain in our back yard during the summer because we have to listen to all those dogs barking. Our company always asks how we live next to all the dogs out of control. Its quite embarrassing. We have complained to Suzanne and to Animal Control and nothing is done about it. We even reported the time that her dogs came over to our home and attacked our family dog in our front yard with our four daughters in the yard also. It was very dangerous and we were fearfiil for our kids and our dog. Nothing was done about that incident either. There was also a time when my husband was bitten by her dog. Suzanne just laughed it off lice it was no big deal. We have tried to be good neighbors to her and she knows how we feel about her dogs. These dogs are strays that she brings home,they have no training and they are out of control. We have a small neighborhood with people that don't want to have to listen and deal with her out of control animals. Everyone else has trained their dogs to stay on their property and to bark only when necessary. It is unreasonable to expect us to put up with this. If you grant Suzanne Schenk this permit of a kennel you will be giving her a open ticket to bring home more dogs then she already has. Who will monitor the kennel to be sure that the dogs are in the kennel and who will be around to make sure that she is abiding by the rules and regulation? Suzanne Schenk has already shown us that she doesn't abide by rules because otherwise she would not have all these dogs she isn't supposed to have according to San Joaquin County Laws. Suzanne isn't raising dogs for show or to sell as income. She isn't breeding them. She is just bring home wild strays to live out of control in our neighborhood. Please do not grant her this permit for a kennel. She lives to close to other people to have that many dogs.
