Service meters are mounted in the electrical room. Service Size& The pad-mounted utility owned transformer provides secondary voltage at Good Distribution 277/480 volts,3 phase,4 wire service. The transformer was reportedly installed during original construction and is not labeled for capacity. According to available information on the main switchgear,2000 Amps is supplied to the building equating to approximately 16 watts per square foot.No problems with capacity were reported. Wire Type Copper wiring was observed at electrical panels. Good Exterior Lighting Lighting at truck dock areas and parking areas are provided by building- Good mounted wall packs. The number and spacing of light fixtures appears to be adequate for the site. The lighting should receive routine maintenance for lamp replacement and timer adjustment. Interior Lighting Office area lighting consists of lay-in 2'x 4' fluorescent fixtures mounted Good in the suspended grid ceiling. Warehouse area lighting typically consists of suspended metal halide pendant fixtures and skylights. Emergency Power The facility has no emergency generator or backup power source provided.
