Mr. Isadoro Teixeira, the property <br /> owner, was unable to be reached by telephone as he was not in the country at the time of the <br /> Phase 1 ESA update. <br /> Previous Environmental Work <br /> A Phase I ESA, dated June 2, 2003,was completed by WKA for the subject property. The June <br /> 2003 Phase 1 ESA did not identify any recognized environmental conditions in connection with the <br /> subject property. <br /> Agency Record Review <br /> Databases obtained by Environmental Data Resources, Inc. (EDR) were reviewed regarding <br /> hazardous materials handling or contamination on or near the subject property that are prepared <br /> by the following agencies: <br /> • United States Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) <br /> • California Environmental Protection Agency(Cal-EPA) <br /> • Cal-EPA Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) <br /> • Cal-EPA Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment(OEHHA) <br /> • Cal-EPA Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) <br /> • Cal-EPA Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB) <br /> • California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) <br /> • California Department of Health Services (DHS) <br /> • Cal-DHS Office of Drinking Water <br /> • California Division of Oil and Gas <br /> • San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) <br /> EDR used the ASTM-designated search radii during review of the regulatory agency databases <br /> shown on Figure 3. In summary, WKA identified no confirmed state or federal "Superfund" <br /> sites on or within one mile of the subject property during review of the former DHS's Bond <br /> Expenditure Plan, the U.S. EPA's National Priorities List and the Cal-EPA's Active Annual <br /> Workplan Sites list. No potential federal Superfund sites appeared on or within one-half mile of <br /> the property during review of U.S. EPA's Comprehensive Environmental Response, <br /> Compensation and Liability Information System.
