• The scale of the 1975 photo is such that identifying site-specific details is difficult. It appears that the two structures may have been removed from the Site. In the 1993 photo, one new house can be seen on the Site. The trees visible in the previous photos have been removed. New houses can be seen to the south and west of the Site. The orchard has been removed from the adjacent land to the east. In the 2002 photo, a second house can be seen on the Site. In the 2011 photo, no significant changes are apparent. In the 2016 photo, two small sheds can be seen to the east of the southern house on the Site. These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. 4.0 SITE INSPECTION Live Oak inspected the site on September 17, 2018. Photographs of the Site are attached to this report as Appendix 2. The yards and exteriors of the structures • were inspected. The Site is a residential property with two houses. Three sheds and a gazebo are located to the east and northeast of the northern house. Two sheds are located to the east of the southern house. To the north, south, and west of the Site are houses. To the east is open land. To the northwest is the Gujarati Community Temple. 5.0 INTERVIEWS 5.1 Interview with Client Mr. Malik and Ms. Prasad were interviewed in person on September 6, 2018. They indicated that the owner of the Site is Parbati Chand, Ms. Prasad's mother; she acquired it in the late 1980s. Prior to purchase, the Site was bare land used for horse pasture. Mr. Malik and Ms. Prasad indicated that the northern house was built around 1990, and the southern house was built in 2000. Mr. Malik and Ms. Prasad were not aware of any underground or aboveground fuel tanks, storage or dumping of hazardous materials, automotive maintenance, or other environmental issues affecting the Site. • LOGE 1838 3
