• The scale of the 1975 photo is such that identifying site-specific details is difficult. <br /> It appears that the two structures may have been removed from the Site. <br /> In the 1993 photo, one new house can be seen on the Site. The trees visible in <br /> the previous photos have been removed. New houses can be seen to the south <br /> and west of the Site. The orchard has been removed from the adjacent land to <br /> the east. <br /> In the 2002 photo, a second house can be seen on the Site. <br /> In the 2011 photo, no significant changes are apparent. <br /> In the 2016 photo, two small sheds can be seen to the east of the southern <br /> house on the Site. <br /> These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. <br /> 4.0 SITE INSPECTION <br /> Live Oak inspected the site on September 17, 2018. Photographs of the Site are <br /> attached to this report as Appendix 2. The yards and exteriors of the structures <br /> • were inspected. <br /> The Site is a residential property with two houses. Three sheds and a gazebo <br /> are located to the east and northeast of the northern house. Two sheds are <br /> located to the east of the southern house. <br /> To the north, south, and west of the Site are houses. To the east is open land. <br /> To the northwest is the Gujarati Community Temple. <br /> 5.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> 5.1 Interview with Client <br /> Mr. Malik and Ms. Prasad were interviewed in person on September 6, 2018. <br /> They indicated that the owner of the Site is Parbati Chand, Ms. Prasad's mother; <br /> she acquired it in the late 1980s. Prior to purchase, the Site was bare land used <br /> for horse pasture. Mr. Malik and Ms. Prasad indicated that the northern house <br /> was built around 1990, and the southern house was built in 2000. <br /> Mr. Malik and Ms. Prasad were not aware of any underground or aboveground <br /> fuel tanks, storage or dumping of hazardous materials, automotive maintenance, <br /> or other environmental issues affecting the Site. <br /> • <br /> LOGE 1838 3 <br />
