The concrete lined settling pond is assumed to be the <br /> dimensions shown on the settling pond details on the site plan. No provisions have been <br /> made for a larger concrete pad for the building foundation or mixer foundation than shown <br /> on the drawings. No provisions have been made for a larger settling pond than shown on the <br /> site plan drawings. <br /> G) Contractor has only included charges to do what grading is required to put area immediately <br /> around new addition and settling pond back to the condition it was in at the beginning of the <br /> project. Nothing has been included for site grading, paving, stabilizing, or exterior drainage. <br /> H) Contractor to furnish and install all rebar and wire mesh. Any additions will be charged as <br /> an extra under the prime construction contract. Anchor bolts to be furnished by Owner. <br /> I) Concrete quoted is five sack mix readimix concrete. Contractor acknowledges that the <br /> concrete strength must meet the requirements of the structural foundation plan notes shown <br /> on Dwg. #S2. <br /> BUILDING MODIFICATION& ADDITION <br /> Modification of Existing Building <br /> A) Building modifications are to be performed by Contractor and materials are to be supplied by <br /> Owner unless otherwise noted below. <br /> B) Building siding to all be 26 GA, standard CBC siding or LIBERTY color to match existing <br /> CBC siding. Roof and trim to be white. <br /> B) The South wall of the 1991 Dry Products addition building shall be completed and enclosed <br /> with metal siding. The metal siding and Z bars removed from the East warehouse wall shall <br /> be used to complete the South wall as material quality and quantity permits; otherwise, <br /> materials shall be new and supplied by Contractor. Contractor will provide Z bars, Z bar <br /> brackets, sheeting, screws, and flashing. <br /> C) The existing metal siding separating the East side of the warehouse and the 1991 dry stucco <br /> manufacturing addition area shall be removed with the exception of the siding up to the <br /> existing 12' roll up door opening off the South wall. This removal includes removal of the 3° <br /> door and the 12' roll up door. The old siding shall be removed up to the roof. The edge of <br /> the metal siding at the location where the old 12' roll up door shall be finished with trim <br /> (existing). <br />
