CONTRACT - EXHIBIT A June 9, 1995 <br /> Pg. 4 of 7 <br /> BUILDING MODIFICATION& ADDITION (cont'd) <br /> L) A garbage chute supplied by the Owner and installed by Contractor on the second floor and <br /> through the East 1991 new addition wall, to dispose of waste additive bags used in the dry <br /> products stucco mfg. process. The chute shall terminate just above a dumpster to be supplied <br /> by Owner, located at ground level. <br /> New Building Addition <br /> A) A new building addition to cover the polymer tank is to be furnished and installed as shown <br /> on the drawings by the Contractor. <br /> B) Contractor shall provide new beams, roof perlins, rain gutters, Z-bars, sheeting, insulation, <br /> door, screws and flashing for the new building addition to cover the polymer tank. <br /> C) Building siding to all be 26 GA, of a LIBERTY color to match existing CBC siding with <br /> white roof and white trim. Two skylights included in roof of the new addition. One each 2' x <br /> T louvered vent (galvanized) is included in new addition wall. Insulation is included in roof <br /> and side walls. An eight foot roll-up doors included on the east wall. Rain gutters are <br /> included. <br /> STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK <br /> A) Owner shall provide all structural steel and platework fabrication. Contractor shall only <br /> provide labor to erect or modify structural steel and parts as shown in drawings. <br /> B) Owner shall provide all fasteners. <br /> C) Owner shall deliver stairway, platform, and chutework as complete units to the job site. <br /> D) Areas within two inches of field welds on Owner supplied items will not be painted. <br /> Contractor will do touch up paint. It is assumed that the paint is standard red oxide primer <br /> and enamel and does not take special applicating--i.e., epoxies, tars, etc. Owner to supply <br /> finish coat paint. <br /> E) Steel and equipment to be delivered according to attached "Job Schedule." <br /> F) Contractor will be allowed reasonable unloading time of trucks without standby being <br /> charged. <br />
