The cumulative impacts, growth-inducing impacts, and irreversible significant effects <br /> identified in the MEIR are adequately addressed for the project. <br /> After the project is approved by the Planning Commission, it will also need to adopt CEQA <br /> findings on behalf of the County as the lead agency for the Mountain House Master Plan and the <br /> approving entity for the project. These findings pertain to the MEIR, which was certified on <br /> November 10, 1994, and to the Initial Study. These CEQA findings are provided in Appendix C. <br /> Finally, CDD has received a number of questions/comments regarding the Initial Study from <br /> reviewing agencies.
