Testing shall occur after installation of storage racks and equipment that affect reception and transmission but prior to final inspection of the tenant occupancy. 2. Sprinklers are required per the 2016 Fire Code chapter 9. Type, density, hydraulic calculations and plans to be submitted for review and approval prior to any tenant taking occupancy. 3. A High piled storage submittal will likely be required with reporting per Chapter 32 of the 2016 CA Fire Code prior to tenant occupancy. 4. Fire department access road shall have a minimum of two entry points separated by at least Y:the longest-diagonalof the site. The southeast corner may serve this purpose but appeared to be blocked by a curb although the road appears to join Sugar Road. 2016 CA Fire Code, Appendix D. 5. The.minimum width of the fire department access road shall be 26 feet if hydrants are located:dn the.road. If fire hydrants are not located on the access road, the width may be 20 feet minimum. 2016 CA Fire Code Appendix D. .6. -.' : 1 Minimum overhead clearance for the fire department access road shall be 13'6". 2016 CA Fire Code Section 503.2.1. 7. The fire departmentaccess roads shall be of an all-weather surface and capable of supporting fire apparatus weighing 25,000 lbs per axle. Dead ends on a.fire apparatus access road greater than 150' shall be provided with an approved area for turning around fire apparatus. 2016 CA Fire Code Appendix D. 9. Minimum tum radii for fire apparatus shall be 297 for the inside turn radius and 477" for the exterior turn radius along all fire access routes. 10. Provide a private fire mains stem serving sprinklers and hydrants per NFPA 24. 12. Tanks serving the fire water su ply shall comply with NFPA 22. 13. . Water supply for this installation shall comply with NFPA 1142 or Appendix B of the 2016 Fire Code. 14. The private fire main shall provide private hydrants such that no portion of the exterior walls of the building is more than 400 feet from a hydrant. 2016 CA Fire Code Section 507.5. 15. A fire water supply shall be available during all combustible construction activity and to protect construction trailers and combustible materials..
