• The quality of the 1994 photo is such that no site-specific details can be <br /> ascertained. <br /> In the 2002,photo"two main structured can be seen on the Site, with a small, thin <br /> structure (the garage)-between-them_. <br /> In the 2011 photo, the garage can no longer be seen. <br /> These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. <br /> 4.0 SITE INSPECTION <br /> Live Oak inspected the site on April 25, 2017. Photographs of the Site are <br /> attached to this report as Appendix 2. The yards and exteriors of the structures <br /> were inspected; the interiors were not inspected. In many places, it was not <br /> possible to view the ground surface due to the presence of objects and <br /> vegetation. <br /> The Site is a residential property with two houses, 4815 and 4831 East Horner <br /> Avenue. Outdoor furniture and a temporary swimming pool were present in the <br /> side yard of 4831. <br /> • To the north and west of the Site are houses. To the south is Horner Avenue, <br /> followed by a house and a vacant lot. To the east is Del Mar Avenue, followed <br /> by the Eastside Community Park. To the southeast of the Site is open, <br /> agricultural land. <br /> 5.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> 5.1 Interview with Client <br /> Ed Chitwood was interviewed by telephone on April 17, 2017. At this time, he <br /> indicated that he and his wife have owned the Site for over 30 years. He stated <br /> that the property originally had three houses and a garage, but he tore down the Ace2nl�# <br /> middle house (4825) and the garage. He also filled in the septic tanks when the Z-3-0g <br /> lot was connected to sewer service, he said. Mr. Chitwood indicated that the <br /> structures were built in approximately 1925, 1935, and 1940. He was not aware <br /> of any water wells on the Site. Mr. Chitwood stated that a previous SSCR was <br /> conducted approximately 12 to 13 years ago for the Site and found no problems. <br /> Mr. Chitwood was not aware of any underground or aboveground fuel tanks, <br /> storage or dumping of hazardous materials, automotive maintenance, or other <br /> • environmental issues affecting the Site. <br /> LOGE 1712 3 <br />
