The <br /> Agricultural Processing - Preparation Services use type is a permitted <br /> use on property under contract and is consistent with the A/G (General <br /> Agriculture) General Plan Designation. Therefore, the agricultural <br /> processing facility will not negatively impact agricultural uses on <br /> adjacent contracted lands and will not result in the significant removal <br /> of adjacent contracted land from agricultural or open-space. <br /> Council of Governments <br /> San Joaquin County is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat <br /> Conservation and Open Space Plan (SJMSCP) and this project is subject to the plan. <br /> Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal <br /> endangered species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of <br /> significance in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
