` Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> East Main Street,Stockton,California <br /> December 10,2004 <br /> Page 15 <br /> V <br /> 5.4 INTERIOR OBSERVATIONS <br /> Not applicable. <br /> 6.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> 6.1 INTERVIEW WITH OWNER <br /> L <br /> Site questionnaires were provided to Mr.James Solari and Mrs. Elvera Solari,the co-owners of APN 173- <br /> 210-04. They indicated that the property is agricultural land and has been in the family for approximately <br /> ` 60 years. It had been leased in the past to Colombini Farms, but is not currently being used for i <br /> agricultural purposes. There is a well on the property that had been indicated as contaminated by a <br /> government environmental/health agency. The completed Site questionnaires are included in Appendix <br /> F. <br /> 6. <br /> Site questionnaires were provided to Cathy Lagomarsino and Janice Colombini, the co-owners of APN <br /> 173-210-05. They indicated that the property is agricultural land and has been in the family for <br /> approximately 60 years. Mr. Angelo Cuneo had leased the land for agricultural purposes, but it is <br /> currently fallow. There are irrigation pipelines on the property and normal application of agricultural j Z <br /> pesticides was indicated. They indicated that agricultural pesticides have been used on the adjoining (_ <br /> eastern (APN 173-210-04) and western (APN 173-210-06) properties in the past. The completed Site <br /> questionnaires are included in Appendix F. <br /> Site questionnaires were provided to Mr. John A. Solari and Ms. Rosalina O. Solari, the co-owners of <br /> APN 173-210-06. They indicated that the property is agricultural land and has been in the family for <br /> approximately 60 years. There are irrigation pipelines on the property and agricultural pesticides have �-2 /1 <br /> also been used on it. They indicated that agricultural pesticides have been used on the adjoining eastern J <br /> ` (APN 173-210-05) and western (APN 173-210-07) properties in the past. The completed Site <br /> questionnaires are included in Appendix F. <br /> y' Site questionnaires were provided to Marjorie Solari, the owner of APN 173-210-07. She indicated that <br /> the property is agricultural land and has irrigation piping on it. It had also been leased in the past, but is <br /> not currently being used for agricultural purposes. There are irrigation pipelines on the property. /y '1 <br /> Agricultural pesticides have also been applied to the property. The completed Site questionnaires are ( l <br /> included in Appendix F. <br /> Mr. James Solari (owner of APN 173-210-04) was interviewed on April 16, 2003, during a previous Site <br /> reconnaissance. He indicated that all the property was currently fallow and that no one was currently j-2. 0 <br /> farming the land because the family is waiting for it to be sold. Long Lo, a former lessee, is no longer <br /> farming APN 173-210-04. <br /> Ms. Janice Colombini and Ms. Cathy Lagomarsino were interviewed during separate telephone <br /> conversations of April 28, 2003. Ms. Colombini indicated that APN 173-210-05 was watered by the Site <br /> irrigation wells and that there are irrigation wells on adjacent parcels APNs 173-210-04 and 173-210-06.
