No records were found for the <br /> subject property. <br /> 3.1.3 San foaquin County Office ofEmergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site was searched on September <br /> L 26, 2005 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject <br /> property. No records were found for the subject property under the name of Vasti. One listing for <br /> removed tanks was found under the name of Caffese for the address of 1000 South Walker Lane;this <br /> address refers to a property south of Main Street. <br /> According to Michelle Halliwell of the OES,the following incident reports are on file at that agency for <br /> 4. the subject property or properties within one-quarter mile: <br /> 5059 E. Ardelle 10/30/96 Abandoned drum of solvent/water mixture <br /> V Del Mar Ave. 6/28/02 Drug lab dump <br /> 705 S. Caroli 7/4/03 Drug lab material in dumpster <br /> E. Main at Sinclair 5/7/04 Abandoned 5-gal containers of cooking oil <br /> Because each incident was cleaned up by a designated agency or contractor,it is unlikely that any impact <br /> Lto the subject property from the incidents remains. <br /> A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the <br /> ` subject property from 1995 through the present was conducted on September 26, 2005 at the OES.8 <br /> V. Three notices were found: <br /> Coolidge N. of Main St. 1/17/97 Spill of 2 gal methyl ethyl ketone <br /> L 626 S. Sinclair Ave. 10/14/98 Drug lab discovered at residence <br /> 4432 E. Horner Ave. 4/10/03 Drug lab discovered at residence <br /> I <br /> ` The spill of methyl ethyl ketone was reportedly cleaned up by a private contractor. For the two drug <br /> lab cases, both located approximately one-quarter mile west-northwest of the subject property, the <br /> responder recommended an environmental site assessment be conducted prior to allowing the structures <br /> be re-occupied.
