Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found ft. records for the subject property under the name of Greg Busalacchi(Appendix F). According to the records provided,Mr.Busalacchi grew oats on the property in 2001,2004,and 2005. He was permitted to apply dicamba, di-syston, 2,4-D amine, aluminum phosphide, and paraquat in 2001; banvel, �. methomyl, MCPA diphenylamine, 2,4-D amine, and paraquat in 2004; and methomyl, MCPA dimethylamine,2,4-D amine,paraquat,and aluminum phosphide in 2005. Ms. Gallego did not identify any use reports for the property. V AL9 [dater Supply and Sewage Disposal System Y lr One domestic well and one septic system are located on the subject property,according to Dr.VastL" The locations of these features are indicated on the site map (Appendix A). L. The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on September 26,2005 in an effort to obtain copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property; one permits was found. The permit, dated October 1981,was for the construction of a new septic system for the residence on the L. subject property. This permit is included in Appendix F. Y I L6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources The California Department of Oil,Gas,and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR)Wildcat Map 606"was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. I L7 Site Reconnaissance A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on October 19,2005.
