December 23,2005
NOA Project Number: E05150A
4;
` Three underground storage tank sites are located adjacent to the subject property, two across
East Main Street and one across Walker Lane:
Angelo Caffese 1000 S.Walker Ln.
Mrs. Frank Giacovoni 748 Walker Ln.
Lagomarsino Bros. 5116 E. Main St.
3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination
i
` No potential above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were
identified from past uses of the site, except for the following:
Agricultural chemicals have been applied to the subject property. Chemical residues may remain
in on-site soils.
A 500-gallon underground storage tank for regular gasoline was reportedly located southwest
of the barn on the subject property from 1957 until its removal approximately five years ago.
L The tank was removed without a permit. Based on an interview by the adjacent property owner &'
Robert Cafesse with former property owner Victor Rolleri,it appears that the former tank was
located immediately east of the western property line of the subject property and had not been
in use since 1984.
6 3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination
L No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from
k current uses of the site, except for the following:
• Three drums were observed on the property. One drum appeared to be empty, and the content f d
of the other two drums was not determined.
• Miscellaneous debris, including farming equipment and empty chemical containers is located
around the former greenhouses on the subject property.
i
L One agricultural well is located on the subject property. A septic system is likely located on the
V property as well.
• Three transformers not labeled PCB-free were observed along the eastern subject property
boundary.
LA pipe was observed discharging water to the ground from the barn on the subject property.
12
'404
L
