(DISTRICT 3). <br /> APPLICANT: Hunters Point Development APN: 191-240-14 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Manthey Road has an existing right-of-way width of 52 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 52 feet. Klo Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
