concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance <br /> Code) <br /> d) STORM DRAINAGE: All stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e) PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete <br /> or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards <br /> shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> ii) A minimum of 136 parking spaces shall be provided, including five accessible spaces, <br /> one of which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as <br /> possible to thE� primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). Requirements for full service <br /> restaurant parking are ten (10) spaces per 1000 square feet of building and .67 <br /> spaces per employee. Requirements for the fast food restaurant are five (5) spaces <br /> per 1000 square feet of restaurant and .67 spaces per employee. Parking for the gas <br /> station mini-mart shall be four (4) spaces per 1000 square feet of building and .67 <br /> spaces per employee. Parking for the motel shall be one (1) space per room and .67 <br /> spaces per employee. The retail area within the motel shall require 3.3 spaces per <br /> 1000 square feet of building and .67 spaces per employee. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015.3) <br /> iii) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> iv) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and <br /> twenty (20) fee: long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> v) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half (71/2) feet wide and <br /> sixteen (16)feE!t long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no <br /> more than Wenty-five (25) percent of the required spaces, or 34 spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) <br /> vi) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> f) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) If the parking ,area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> ii) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises.
