There will be no benches or deep slopes on this property upon <br /> completion of reclamation. <br /> G. This project to be done in two phases with the first phase being <br /> the removal of the sand and phase 2 being the filling of the <br /> excavated area with the topsoil and final grade of field. <br /> 4. MINE WASTE: <br /> 1. Total acres to be permitted is twenty nine (29). <br /> 2. Total acres to be disturbed is twenty nine (29). <br /> 3. Total acres to be reclaimed is twenty nine (29). <br /> E. WATER REQUIREMENTS: <br /> 1. Daily consumption 7600 — 11,400 gallon per day during summer <br /> period. Fall and spring 3800 — 7600 gallons per day. No water usage <br /> during the winter time. <br /> 2. Water is obtained from a self priming water siphon on ranch that is <br /> also used for crop irrigation. The water source comes from trapper <br /> slough which abuts this ranch to the west. <br /> F. CONTAMINANTS: <br /> 1. The only contaminant would be the diesel fuel to be used in the <br /> water truck and wheel loader. <br /> Page three <br />
