(5) Access driveways shall have a width no less than 25 feet for two-way aisles and <br /> 16 feet for one-way aisles. (Section 9-1015.5(h) of the Development Title) <br /> 7 d. Parking lot lighting: <br /> (1) The equivalent of one foot-candle of illumination shall be provided throughout the <br /> parking area. (Section 9-1015.5(g) of the Development Title) <br /> (2) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor system. (Section 9-1015.5(g) <br /> of the Development Title) <br /> (3) Parking lot luminaires shall be high pressure sodium vapor with 90-degree cut-off <br /> and flat lenses. Landscaping: <br /> (1) Landscaping shall conform to the Landscaping Regulations in Division 10 of the <br /> Development Title and be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> (2) All new landscaping shall be planned to create a water efficient landscape and <br /> comply with the water efficient landscape standards of Section 9-1020.3(a)(2) of <br /> the Development Ttle) <br /> (3) All plant material with a 15-foot triangle at the intersection of driveways and <br /> streets shall be no more than three feet in height above curb level, except for <br /> trees which are trimmed so that no branches extend lower than six feet above the <br /> curb level. (Section 9-1020.3(a & g) of the Development Title) <br /> (4) A minimum of five percent interior landscaping shall be provided in the parking <br /> areas, and one tree shall be required for each five parking stalls, or portion <br /> thereof, and be evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Section 9-1020.6(a <br /> & b) of the Development Title) <br /> (5) A ten-foot-wide landscaped strip shall be installed between parking areas and <br /> adjacent Micke Grove Road. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed <br /> by driveways and walkways. A <br /> minimum 18-inch-wide paved strip shall be added to the adjacent parking stall to <br /> allow access to and from vehicles.
