oversee the MMRP during the construction period. Duties of the project manager include the <br /> following: <br /> Ensure that routine inspections of the construction site are conducted by appropriate San <br /> Joaquin County staff; check plans, reports, and other documents required by the MMRP; <br /> and conduct report activities. <br /> • Serve as a liaison between San Joaquin County,the Mountain House Community Services <br /> District (MHCSD), and the construction contractor regarding mitigation monitoring issues. <br /> • Complete forms and maintain reports and other records and documents generated by the <br /> MMRP. <br /> • Coordinate and ensure that corrective actions or enforcement measures are taken,if <br /> necessary. <br /> The responsible party for each item of implementation will identify the staff members <br /> responsible for coordinating with San Joaquin County on the MMRP. <br /> ANNUAL REPORTING <br /> San Joaquin County shall prepare an annual monitoring report until completion of the project <br /> on the compliance of the activity with the required mitigation measures. Information <br /> regarding periodic inspections and other requirements shall be compiled and explained in the <br /> annual report. The report shall be designed to simply and clearly identify whether mitigation <br /> measures are being, or have been, adequately implemented.At a minimum, each report shall <br /> identify the mitigation measures or conditions to be monitored for implementation, whether <br /> compliance with the mitigation measures or conditions has occurred, the procedures used to <br /> assess compliance, and whether further action is required. <br /> MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING TABLE µ <br /> The annual report submitted will verify the implementation of mitigation measures.
