In the 1963 photo, a field road can be seen bisecting the Site vertically. Several <br /> additional small structures or vehicles can be seen near the residence on the <br /> Site. The parcel to the southwest is now being used for irrigated pasture. <br /> In the 1975 photo, the field road crossing the Site is no longer visible. <br /> In the 1998 photo, a field road can once again be seen bisecting the Site <br /> vertically. The small structures or vehicles near the residence on the Site can no <br /> longer be seen. A small clearing can be seen near the center of the Site. <br /> In the 2002 photo, the clearing near the center of the Site is no longer visible. <br /> In the 2004 photo, a clearing is once again visible near the center of the Site, as <br /> well as a second clearing southwest of this area. New field roads crossing the <br /> Site are apparent. <br /> In the 2005 photo, a new house can be seen near the center of the Site, and a <br /> well is visible to the southwest of this. A garage can be clearly seen to the <br /> southwest of the eastern residence. <br /> In the 2007 photo, the landscaping for the new house is visible. The field roads <br /> first seen in 2004 are no longer apparent. <br /> In the 2014 photo, a shop can be seen to the southwest of the new house. The <br /> field road bisecting the Site vertically is no longer apparent. <br /> 4.0 SITE INSPECTION <br /> Live Oak inspected the site on June 9, 2015. Photographs of the Site are <br /> attached to this report as Appendix 2. Live Oak viewed the northern and <br /> eastern property lines of the Site, the driveway/field road that parallels the <br /> irrigation canal crossing the Site, and the exterior of the structures. The interiors <br /> of the structures were not inspected. The remaining property lines were <br /> inaccessible due to wet conditions. It was not always possible to inspect the <br /> ground surface due to objects, road surfacing, and vegetation. <br /> The Site consists of agricultural land planted with onions and pumpkins. An <br /> irrigation canal and field road cross the Site running east-west. A house and <br /> shop are located near the center of the Site, and a second, older house and <br /> garage are located on the eastern side of the Site. <br /> At the house and shop near the center of the Site (12151), the domestic well is <br /> located in a pump house to the south of the shop. An aboveground unleaded <br /> gasoline tank approximately 1,000 gallons in size is located within a paved area <br /> LOGE 1512 3 <br />
