The small structures or vehicles near the residence on the Site can no
longer be seen. A small clearing can be seen near the center of the Site.
In the 2002 photo, the clearing near the center of the Site is no longer visible.
In the 2004 photo, a clearing is once again visible near the center of the Site, as
well as a second clearing southwest of this area. New field roads crossing the
Site are apparent.
In the 2005 photo, a new house can be seen near the center of the Site, and a
well is visible to the southwest of this. A garage can be clearly seen to the
southwest of the eastern residence.
In the 2007 photo, the landscaping for the new house is visible. The field roads
first seen in 2004 are no longer apparent.
In the 2014 photo, a shop can be seen to the southwest of the new house. The
field road bisecting the Site vertically is no longer apparent.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the site on June 9, 2015. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. Live Oak viewed the northern and
eastern property lines of the Site, the driveway/field road that parallels the
irrigation canal crossing the Site, and the exterior of the structures. The interiors
of the structures were not inspected. The remaining property lines were
inaccessible due to wet conditions. It was not always possible to inspect the
ground surface due to objects, road surfacing, and vegetation.
The Site consists of agricultural land planted with onions and pumpkins. An
irrigation canal and field road cross the Site running east-west. A house and
shop are located near the center of the Site, and a second, older house and
garage are located on the eastern side of the Site.
At the house and shop near the center of the Site (12151), the domestic well is
located in a pump house to the south of the shop. An aboveground unleaded
gasoline tank approximately 1,000 gallons in size is located within a paved area
LOGE 1512 3
