trumped by our concern that children in this community should be allowed to grow up and have fond memories
of their childhood without worrying about suffering the ravages of cancer caused by a cell tower's radiation.
The city needs to back the residents and put their foot down on this project. It's not only affecting our way of life
but also the perception people have of this town. The city of Ripon must stop prioritizing tax dollars over the
safety of their residences. As a homeowner the backlash of this project will affect me in two different ways.
First and foremost, the health of my children will be at risk. Secondly, the value of my home will suffer. If they
put this tower in my family and I have decided that we will be moving away. I may not be able to sell my house
for the price its worth if people know the danger they will be buying into. I should not have to sacrifice my home,
my neighborhood and an entire community I love just to keep my children safe. Ripon needs to take a step
back and rethink their actions because the "Jewel of the Valley" is showing its flaws.
Respectfully,
Jeffrey Pfarr
Heather Pfarr
Kinley Pfarr
Blakely Pfarr
