The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. (The fee is $1, 925. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square feet of building as "Office" , <br /> $979 . 00 per gross square feet of building as "Warehouse" , <br /> and $771. 00 per 1, 000 gross square feet of building as <br /> "Manufacturing" in the Escalon area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. ) <br /> 2 . Public Health Services: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. A fee will be charged for the review of this <br /> study. <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used <br /> as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> e. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply system(s) . <br />
