Records submitted to the TTB for tax purposes <br /> can satisfy the requirement, provided the operator includes production volumes of red and <br /> white wine produced. <br /> 6.2 Emissions Control Plan Operators shall submit and emission control plans to the APCO for <br /> approval. The plans shall include a schedule of increments of progress consistent with the <br /> compliance schedule in the rule. <br /> 6.3 Compliance Testing <br /> Operators shall test or otherwise certify that all VOC control systems achieve the <br /> established performance standards. <br /> 6.4 Test Methods <br /> Indicates the applicable test methods to be used in determining compliance with the rule <br /> requirements. <br /> Section 7.0—Compliance Schedule <br /> By July 1, 2008, operators shall be 100% in compliance with the rule. <br /> Section 8.0—Alternative Emissions Control Plan <br /> Provides operators flexibility in controlling VOC emissions from their fermenters. Operators <br /> electing to use this provision shall obtain an additional 10% reduction in allowable VOC <br /> emissions. <br /> In addition to draft Rule 4694 the magnitude of the project may trigger New Source Review (see District <br /> Rule 4001, New Source Review) and Title V permitting requirements.
