hazardous conditions in the area. He did note that the Site and surroundings are
located over the Lodi Gas Storage area.
6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS
✓6.1 Environmental Health Department Records
The EHD was contacted regarding the Site address of 9273 East Jahant Road.
According to Diane Martinez of the EHD, no records related to hazardous materials are
on.file for the Site (personal communication, February 19; 201.0).
Live Oak reviewed the well and septic permits on fele for the Site at the EHD. The
following permits were found:
• 1997 permit for pump repair at a domestic well.
• 1994 permit for pump replacement at an irrigation well.
Copies of the EHD records have been included in Appendix 4 of this report.
7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH
, 7.1 EPA Databases
The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated sites
through .two sub-agencies: the .State Water.Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and the
Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The SWRCB's GeoTracker database
includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, leaking underground storage tank
(LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land disposal sites. DTSC's EnviroStor
database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response sites, voluntary cleanup
sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and permitted hazardous waste -
facilities.
Live Oak searched both databases on February 22, 2010 for any listed sites within one-
quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database. One facility
was identified within one-quarter mile:
• Liberty Rural Fire District, 24124 Bruella Rd.
This facility is included on the GeoTracker database because it has a permitted
underground storage tank. The facility is not adjacent to the Site and is considered
unlikely to impact the Site.
n LOGE1004 Page 4
