On a street map showing the location of the subject property,a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address f. ranges for all streets within the quarter mile. The appropriate agency databases searchable by address are then searched for these address ranges. According to Ms. Kimberly Campbells of the EHD, no files were found for the subject property or the ranges of Laddresses requested by NOA.
