8.a. Utilities and Public Service: <br /> I <br /> The applicant currently utilizes on-site wells for water, on-site sewage <br /> disposal that is a County approved septic systems and portable toilets <br /> fitted with hand-washing reservoirs. The project will not require alteration <br /> of addition to, or the need for new utility systems. <br /> 9.a. Transportation and Circulation: <br /> The quarry site is located 1.7 miles from Durham Ferry Road and between <br /> Kasson Road and the west bank of San Joaquin River. The quarry site has <br /> been in existence for overl5 years, and continues to operate at present. <br /> The previously approved conditions of approval will still apply. The <br /> Department of Public Works has been sent a referral for their review. <br /> 13.a.b, Land Use: <br /> The project site is currently an existing quarry site, and has been an J <br /> ongoing mining operation since 1989. The site surrounding parcels are <br /> agricultural in nature. The project site has-an approved reclamation plan <br /> with reclamation returning the site back to agriculture. Thus, the Revision <br /> of Approved Action request is consistent with existing permits and can be <br /> approved in the AG-40 zones with an approved Revision of Approved <br /> application. r <br />
