The application must include the environmental document prepared for the <br /> ,project that addresses Caltrans right of way. At a minimum, documentation of <br /> cultural, biological, and hazardous waste studies within Caltrans right of way is <br /> required. <br /> For cultural studies, at flit,minimum, a recent record search fToln the information <br /> center and an Archaeological Survey Report (ASR) is required. <br /> A Natural Environrncnt Study report shall be written documenting the results of <br /> biological surveys, this should include a record search from the California <br /> Department of Fish and Game Natural Diversity Database.
