This project <br /> will be rescheduled for a public hearing when the environmental <br /> review process has been completed. The following environmental <br /> areas require more information: <br /> Traffic impacts <br /> Hazardous material handling <br /> Below are some tentative conditions that have been developed for <br /> this project. Changes in these conditions are likely depending on <br /> the results of the environmental review. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled upon, project approval except as noted. <br /> This approval will expire within 18 months of the date of approval, <br /> unless : ( 1) All Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3 ) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1.
