UP-91-15 . <br /> The District has the following comments and <br /> recommendations : <br /> 1 . San Joaquin County ' s air quality relative to National <br /> and State Ambient Air Quality Standards has been <br /> designated as a non-attainment area by the California Air <br /> Resources Board as follows : <br /> PM-10 - Non-attainment <br /> CO - Non-attainment (for Stockton Metropolitan <br /> Statistical Area only) <br /> Ozone - Non-attainment (possible SIP call area) <br /> The California Clean Air Act, AB 2595 , requires counties <br /> which are designated non-attainment to achieve a 5% annual <br /> reduction in emissions until the standards are met. <br /> 2 . The applicant should be aware of the PM-10 Rule and <br /> the Indirect Source Review Rule, both of which are <br /> currently proposed by the District for adoption in the <br /> near future. Both of these rules may affect the <br /> applicant ' s project. A copy of these rules is available <br /> upon written request to the District. <br /> 3 . The District has been informed that this truck <br /> terminal has Expanded their operations over the years ; <br /> consequently, emissions from this terminal has also <br />
