On the new Site Plan there is a gravel roadway in the shape of a track. This track
is 5 feet from the property line and 25 to 50 feet from my home. Many of the trucks that
have been worked on are road tested on this track as well as new drivers being tested.
There is a tremendous amount of dust and dirt from this track and the parking areas.
There is a cement culvert built by Schulz that drains water onto my property behind my
house. The culvert and (track) roadway do not have permits. Also there are septic tanks
Schulz has in the ground between the workshop and my property that do not have
permits and as far as I know they are still being used. These tanks were being used for
chemical waste. These septic tanks are not acknowledged on the new Site Plan.
What good is a restraining order if Mr. Schulz does not respect the laws and
ordinances already written. Trucks are still coming in at 2:00 a.m. and work still is being
done on trucks after 8:00 p.m.. Who is going to police the conditions? We the
neighbors? If that's so, look what you would be turning the neighbors into. The
Schulz's trucking company should not be here on Kennefick Road. This company
should be where all his other competitors are and paying the revenue the other trucking
companies are and have been paying.
All of the above facts are evidence of the reality of what we live with seven (7) days
a week. This is what we should focus on, not the ambiguous interpretation of the
environmental impact, the Text Amendment TA 89-14 and the requirements for a Use
Permit.
It would be nice to be able to sleep nights without being awakened at 2:00, 3:00 or
4:00 a.m..
Thank You.
SC!C
