San Joaquin County's current typical section for a rural collector <br /> is a 40-foot wide paved roadway. The existing roadway cross section is <br /> consistent with current County standards. <br /> ■ Blewett Road is a two-lane east-west county local rural road that extends <br /> from Bird Road east to SR 33 in Stanislaus County. Blewett Road intersects <br /> Koster Road approximately 1 mile south of SR 132 at a four-way at-grade <br /> intersection with stop sign control. Blewett Road also intersects Bird Road <br /> approximately 1 mile south of SR 132 at a"T"intersection with stop sign <br /> control. San Joaquin County's current typical cross section for a rural road is <br /> a 32-foot paved roadway. The existing 20-22 foot paved roadway cross <br /> section would be considered nonstandard based on the current County <br /> standards. <br /> Existing Conditions <br /> This section discussed existing traffic volumes and levels of service and <br /> describes the existing transportation conditions in the study area, including the <br /> roadway network in the vicinity of the project site. This section is included for <br /> informational purposes only; the existing conditions are not being used as the <br /> ` baseline for determining the project's impacts.
